क्या इस आरक्षण की वजह से अधिक अंक लेने वाली महिलाएं भी gen catagory में नही जाएंगी?

• Hssc की TGT भर्ती में महिलाओं के लिए 33% हॉरिजॉन्टल आरक्षण दिया गया है। जबकि कैटेगरी ( SC, BC, EWS, etc) का जो आरक्षण होता है वह वर्टिकल होता है। वर्टिकल आरक्षण का आपको पता ही है कि कैसे काम करता है। 

• इस पोस्ट में हम जानेंगे की होरिजेंटल आरक्षण कैसे काम करता है:

• होरिजेंटल रिजर्वेशन में सीट्स अलग से रिजर्व नहीं होती बल्कि मेरिट में आने वाले कैंडिडेट्स में से ही चयन होता है। 

आइए इसे एक उदाहरण से समझते हैं: 

टीजीटी English में Gen के लिए 630 पोस्ट है। तो इसमें 210 पोस्ट ( 33%) महिलाओं के लिए horizontally आरक्षित है।

अब जो भी कैंडिडेट Gen की योग्यता पूरी करते है उनकी मेरिट के हिसाब से लिस्ट बनाई जाएगी। अब टॉप 630 कैंडिडेट्स में दो स्थितियां हो सकती है:

1. पहली:- 630 में पहले से ही 210 या इससे ज्यादा महिलाएं हो। तब horizontal आरक्षण अपने आप पूरा हो जाता है। और जहां पर 210 महिलाओं की संख्या पूरी होती है उसे UR ( female) की cut off मान लिया जाता है। इस स्थिति में महिलाओं के लिए कट ऑफ UR (gen) से ज्यादा लगेगी। ( आम तौर पर भर्ती बोर्ड इस cut off को प्रदर्शित नहीं करते ) ।

3. दूसरी :- अगर 630 की मेरिट में में 210 महिलाएं नहीं आती है। ( मान लो महिलाएं 204 ही है) तब 33 % की शर्त पूरी नहीं होती तथा 6 और महिलाओं का सिलेक्शन होना आवश्यक है। इसके लिए मेरिट में सबसे पीछे वाले 6 पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों को निकालकर। केवल महिलाओं का सिलेक्शन किया जाएगा। इस परिस्थिति में महिलाओं के लिए अलग से कट ऑफ आएगी। जो की नॉर्मल कट ऑफ से कम होगी।

ऊपर बताया गया तरीका हर कैटेगरी में लागू होगा। SC catagory का उदाहरण लेते है। 

मान लो SC catagory में 315 पोस्ट है। तो इसमें 105 सीट महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित है। अब SC candidates की मेरिट के अनुसार लिस्ट बनाई जाएगी ( जो Gen में सेलेक्ट हो गए उनसे अलग)।

टॉप 315 में अगर 105 महिलाएं आ जाती है। तो आरक्षण अपने आप पूरा हो जाता है। अगर by chance महिलाएं 105 से कम रहती है। तब मेरिट में नीचे के स्थान पर मौजूद पुरुषो को हटाकर महिलाओं को सीट दी जाएगी।

Admission in Balvatika in KVS

KVS jas invited Admission in Balvatika-3 for session 2023- 2024

• Admission to Balvatika-3 class alone shall be done as per the priority and

reservations given in the KVS Admission Guidelines 2023-24. The prescribed age criteria is given below:

 Age ( as on 31st March 2023)

Balvatika -3 Should have attained 5+ years but not completed 6 years of age.

• Reservation under the provisions of RTE Act-2009 shall be applicable for Balvatika-3.

• Provision for admission for Single Girl Child Category shall not be applicable to Balvatika -3.

• Local advertisement shall be issued by the respective KVs and would ensure wide publicity in their locality.

• Notification, registration and admission will be done as per the Admission Schedule (Annexure-II) attached.

Registration for admission in Balvatika -3 will be done through Online mode.

Registration link, schedule for draw of lots and other details will be issued separately.

Class rooms, furniture and other resources:

• The identified class room shall be made as attractive and colourful to motivate

the children.

• Age appropriate furniture shall be procured by the respective KVs following GFR

2017. The KVs may either opt to have hexagonal tables and chairs or any other

suitable design as deemed fit. However, it should be ensured that these are safe

for the usage by children.

• Further, Smart class facilities including good audio systems, other Teaching Aids,

Storage Facilities. etc shall be made available in each of these classes.

• Initially, a sum of Rs 2,50,000/ = (Rupees Two lakh Fifty Thousand only) shall be

made available as initial grant from KVS (HQs) to govt-funded KVs towards these expenditures.

Nursery Teacher Training / recruitment 2023

 KVS 2023: Recruitment, Notification for Nursery Teacher (NTT) Posts: 

KVS 2023 Recruitment: KVS Recruitment 2023 official notification was released with Nursery Teacher and care taker vacancies by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan on their official website i.e. on https://kvsangathan.nic.in

केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन (केवीएस) ने वर्तमान शैक्षणिक सत्र 2023-24 से चयनित 450 केवी (नीचे दी गई सूची के अनुसार) में बालवाटिका-3 कक्षा (5+ वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों के लिए) का एक सेक्शन शुरू किया है।

2. Engagement of Teachers & Caregivers (Helpers) : - 

Following modalities shall be

followed for the engagement of teachers on contractual basis and Caregivers (Helpers) for Balvatika-3.

• A total of 02 ECCE trained Balvatika Teachers shall be engaged on contractual

basis by each KV.

• The engagement of such teachers on contractual basis shall be made as per the

instructions contained in this office letter dated 08.10.2013 and their remuneration shall be paid as per this office letter dated 21.03.2013 (similar to that of Primary Teachers)

3. Qualification for Balvatika Teachers : 

i. Senior Secondary class (Class XII or its equivalent) from a recognised Board with at least 50% marks and

ii. Diploma in nursery Teacher education /Pre -school Education /Early

Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed) of duration of not less

than two years or B.Ed (Nursery) from NCTE recognised institutions.

4. Caregiver:

•  One Caregiver shall be engaged by each of the KV for Balvatika-3.

• Caregivers (helper) shall be engaged through the process of outsourcing.

• Qualification for caregiver: 

i. Secondary class (Class X or its equivalent) from a recognised board.

ii. minimum 18 years of age and should have induction training in pre-school Education.

 Or 

Any person possessing skill training /adequate training as prescribed by NIPCCD, NSDC or any other institution recognised by the central Government/appropriate Government/ Recognised University/ Board.

• Note: Salary for helpers shall be as per the rates applicable for semi-skilled persons.
